Jenny's Bio
I grew up in England and have been around horses from an early age. I graduated from the University of Manchester with a B.A. (Hons.) in American Studies.
With more than 20 yrs of experience in the horse business, I received my training in England as an instructor with the British Horse Society. I ran a riding school programme and competed clients' horses in hunters and jumpers in Connecticut.
I worked for 5 yrs as the Veterinary technician for Harry Werner VMD, one of the top Equine Veterinarians on the East Coast, assisting with pre-purchase exams, lameness exams and surgeries as well as day to day wellness exams.
Moving to Virginia, I managed a large training and boarding facility in Middleburg. There I evented my horse Graham and trained with Jimmy Wofford.
In Colorado, I have trained private clients, taking them to dressage and jumper shows and events. I organize clinics for Eric Horgan every year in Colorado.Trained in:
Equine Structural Integration.
Healing Touch for Animals®Level 4.
Equine Craniosacral Therapy.
Reiki.
I combine the therapies to assist each client to reach their highest potential and view my education as ongoing as every animal has something to teach.

Everlight - 'Ellie'
'Ellie', a grey Hanoverian mare, is responsible for the work that I now do. She came to me as a 4 year old with quite a few physical and emotional problems. Though she never really enjoyed being ridden, she was an amazing teacher for me as I learned new skills. She illustrated many different body languages; taught me to see and listen intuitively as I worked; she led me to explore different modalities as she opened her energetic body to me.
Through the changes she made both physically and emotionally I was driven to learn more about the possibilities for the physical body to change structurally, the self-healing that bodies are capable of energetically and the bravery involved in emotional change.
The animals that I treat daily benefit from her teaching and for that I will always be grateful.

'In my path, through my constant search, my horse has taught me the limitless progression of life. Every time in my learning that I felt a breakthrough, I opened the doors and I found my horse saying "It's about time. I've been waiting for you." A few weeks later another breakthrough, I opened the door and there was my horse again. So far, I have never found any limits but my own.'
